My research interests include contemporary and historical witchcraft, American Paganism, the British occult revival, and American evangelical Protestantism.  Ethnography plays an important role in my work, as I believe the most thorough understanding can be achieved through direct experience.

In my free time, I enjoy quilting, volunteering, and lycanthropy.
